Welcome to One More Cookie Co.
Cooking is in my blood, but there is nothing quite like baking a good cookie—especially around the holidays.
When I was a little girl, my cousins and I would spend entire weekends together ice skating, looking at Christmas lights, and baking cookies. A couple of years ago, we tried recreating that tradition as adults. Now we bake with our own children, which is beautiful in a different way, but those childhood weekends still hold such a special place in my heart.
Baking has always been part of my life, whether I was surrounded by family or standing in the kitchen by myself. Now I get to share that love with my daughters and pass those traditions down to them.
A dream that kept calling
I have dreamed about owning a cookie business for years. My senior project was actually a cookie business—and it did really well, by the way. There has always been something so special about watching someone taste one of my cookies and hearing them say, “Oh my goodness, this is the best cookie I’ve ever had.” It warms my heart every single time.
I don’t believe every passion or hobby needs to become a business. But this one has been part of me for too long not to explore it. After seeing so many incredible women create cottage businesses from their own kitchens, I finally told myself, “I can do this too.”
We’re bringing back the joy of mini cookies—the kind you can enjoy now, tuck away for later, and always come back for one more.
The first batch is just beginning
I’m developing recipes, testing small batches, and working toward my California cottage food registration. My goal is to officially open by the end of October.
